Here at lwtstaff1.co.uk we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account. Your name, the department(s) that you worked in and the date you joined the website will be published in the online membership list, but we will never, ever give your contact information to anyone else. If a member wishes to contact you we will e-mail you to ask your permission to give your e-mail address to that member. Your data will be stored on our server and a local computer for as long as your are a member of lwtstaff1.co.uk.
If at anytime in the future you become worried about the security of your data, you can click on the Data Protection Opt Out link in the menu under More/Data Protection Opt Out. This unfortunately means that you will no longer be able to be a member of this website as the Log in System needs this data.
We will inform you immediately if there is a data breach of our server. It has not happened in the nearly Twenty years that the website has been online
